Tiling and waterproofing, done properly

Build Pro Co started out in 2023 as Western Syd Tiling Services. The name is new, but tiling and waterproofing are still the trades we know best, and every job gets the same care, from a single shower to a whole new home.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation. We’ll look at the job, talk through what you want and give you a clear written price before any work starts.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. If you’re not sure we cover your suburb, call us on 0470 255 225 and we’ll let you know.

Can you manage the whole renovation?

Yes. We can take a renovation from start to finish, including the building work, waterproofing, tiling, plastering and painting. We manage the trades, so you only deal with one team.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the size of the room and the finishes you choose. Your quote includes a timeline, and we’ll keep you posted as each stage is finished.

Is the waterproofing certified?

Yes. Wet areas are waterproofed to AS 3740, the Australian Standard for waterproofing domestic wet areas, and you’ll get a waterproofing certificate once the work is complete.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We take on residential and commercial work, from wet areas and balconies to ongoing maintenance. Tell us about the site and we’ll let you know how we can help.

Do you take on small jobs and repairs?

Yes. Our maintenance and repairs service covers general repairs, renovation touch-ups and ongoing property maintenance, so it’s always worth asking.
